A custom appliqué for my sweetheart’s messenger bag, featuring one of his signature phrases. “All day” is commonly used as a strong affirmative ’round here. Example:
Q: Are you about ready to eat some pizza?
A: All day.
First, I drew the lettering on paper. Then I vectorized it, lovingly. Next, I chose some fabric (wacky enough to suit my suitor) from Purl Soho and sent it, along with the vector art, over to my friend Cassie (of Sew & Sew). She then masterfully translated it to the carnival of color & type seen above.
